Role of position
The role of a Finance & Accounting Jr. Officer involves working under the direction and reporting to the Finance & Accounting Supervisor. These responsibilities include financial administration tasks, reviewing submissions and reports from field staff, maintaining financial documents, and supporting the needs of the Finance & Accounting team.
Job Description - General Responsibilities:
- Review related documents and process data for requests & reports in advance, expense reimbursements, etc., submitted by field staff.
- Proactively, accurately, timely, and with high quality, perform administrative tasks to ensure proper filing of all assigned programs/projects in both hard copy and soft copy.
- Maintain communication with the team and be responsible for the overall integrity of project administrative requirements, coordinating with the Finance & Accounting Division in accordance with YBTS regulations.
- Design, establish, and maintain a central filing system for administration and ensure quick retrieval of files when needed.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Division to ensure all project-related expense invoices are paid on time.
- Assist the Finance & Accounting Supervisor in preparing supporting documents for monthly & annual reports.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management
- Open to fresh graduates and those with experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous & honest.
- Experience working with internal teams as well as external partners.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Computer skills (Excel, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.) and web/internet literacy.
- Language: Indonesian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Male is preferred.
